To use our website and make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using this site, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and current.
Products & Services
All products and services are subject to availability. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our offerings; however, slight variations may occur. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
Payments
We accept payments through Stripe and other secure methods. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge your account for the total amount, including applicable taxes and fees. All transactions are encrypted for your security.
Bookings & Cancellations
Classes and Workshops: Bookings must be made in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Party Rentals: A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the event date.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the event date.
Guest Limits: Events must adhere to the guest limit specified at the time of booking.
Damages: Any damages caused by guests to our property or equipment will result in additional charges.
Force Majeure: My Creation Haven is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or technical issues.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping: We ship within the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on the product and location.
Returns: Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Digital products, custom pottery, or event bookings are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

We require a non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure a booking.

Yes!
That depends on the type of event you plan to host. For parties, 65 people, for gel blasters, 60 players, for paint your pottery about 45 people, for a pottery wheel class 7 people at a time, and for our coding and robotics class up to 35 students at a time.
When you book with us, we automatically set aside 3 hours for you and your guest. If you require more time, there will be an additional fee of $100, which will be applied every hour after the first 3 hours.
Nope! Our price is all inclusive, meaning we include all the supplies required for the event, such as paint, pottery, clay, glaze, kiln usage, staff, equipment rental agreed upon. Only thing you would need to provide is your guest, food and drinks. Once the party is over, we handle the cleaning.
